Timoptic is a non-selective beta-blocker used to treat open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. It may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor.
Timoptic works by lowering the pressure inside the eye by reducing how much fluid (aqueous humor) is produced in the eye.
