Evista is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) used to treat and prevent osteoporosis in women after menopause. It may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor.
Evista works to replace and mimic the effects of estrogen within post-menopausal women to increase and build the density of bone lost from the lack of estrogen.
